Falcon lies along US 24 - roughly 14 miles north-east of Colorado Springs and is one of the fastest growing cities within Colorado. Many neighborhood subdivisions are continuing to grow as more people are wanting to escape the city feel but also have the modern amenities nearby. Falcon is an unincorporated community exurb in El Paso County. Due to this, the U.S.Post Office in Peyton services Falcon postal addresses - this is why you will never see the city “Falcon” it will always be “Peyton.”

Paint Brush Hills
Paint Brush Hills is one of the few neighborhoods in Falcon that does not have an HOA. Without an HOA this means you have access to trailer parking if you wish, ability to do what you please with your yard, and not have to pay any extra monthly fees. The neighborhood has a variety of homes ranging from homes built in the 2000’s all the way to new builds. Prices range from the low 500’s all the way to the upper 900’s with new builds. Many homes within the subdivision back up to open space and lay on a 0.5+ acre lot.
Meridian Ranch
To the right on Meridian Road you will find the wonderful neighborhood of Meridian Ranch - by far the largest neighborhood in Falcon. This community is built of various neighborhoods ranging from homes in the high 400’s up to the 800’s. Expansion in Meridian Ranch continues to soar as the demand for Falcon becomes prevalent and the cost of living and development in Falcon continues to stay low compared to Colorado Springs.
Currently, there are seven builders in Meridian Ranch with the option of bringing in your own custom home builder. Each builder offers various floor plans including ranch floor plans and multi stories, a wide variety of color schemes and design selections, and in select neighborhoods the option of half an acre up to one acre lots.
Woodmen Hills
After turning left on Woodmen you will discover the incredible neighborhood of Woodmen Hills. Like Meridian Ranch - Woodmen Hills offers a variety of parks and recreation programs including kids sport programs, adult fitness programs, two recreation centers, indoor basketball court, pickleball courts, playground parks, outdoor and indoor pools and much more. Woodmen Hills was one of the first developments in Falcon that launched in the early 2000s. With this, the community is a great mix of established neighborhoods, new construction homes and acreage.
